Can I pay upon receipt of the product?

Currently, no. All payments must be made at the time of purchase, before delivery. We accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

What is the delivery time?

Once the payment is processed, the shipping time is 2 to 5 working days. After the carrier picks up the package, delivery will take between 4 to 8 working days. In more remote locations, it may take a little longer than expected.

Does the product have a warranty?

Yes! At Mode ModoB, we offer a 14-day warranty for all our products. If you notice any manufacturing defects, let us know within the first 72 hours after receipt. Additionally, some items come with an extended warranty of 30 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments with credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

What are your customer service hours?

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

After payment confirmation, we will proceed to prepare and package your product. Dispatch occurs in 2 to 5 working days.

Is it normal to receive just one product from multiple orders?

Absolutely, yes. Some items are shipped from different suppliers, which can result in separate deliveries. Don't worry! Your entire order will be completed.

Are the products imported?

Yes, some of them are!

Is it safe to purchase imported products?

Absolutely! Our mission is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We manage everything from origin until the product reaches your hands. If any concerns arise, we're here to help. If any issues occur, don't worry! We ensure everything arrives correctly.

How do I proceed if I need to return a product?

Any return must be managed through our email: help@modemodob.com. Remember that products with manufacturing defects must be returned in new condition.

Can I pick up my order from a physical store?

Currently, Mode ModoB operates exclusively online. We sell our products only through our website, with direct delivery to your door.

When will I receive my tracking number?

After dispatch, we automatically send the tracking code to the registered email.

Why can't I track my order?

Although our deliveries are performed through postal services, we always recommend using our Track Order section. Some of our imported products are only trackable locally once they reach the country.

Why is my product in transit and has not arrived yet?

When a product is in transit, it means it has left our suppliers and is on its way to you. Stay calm! You can see all updates at Track Order

Why was my order cancelled?

Generally, cancellations occur if your credit card company declines the transaction. We advise contacting your bank's customer service for more details.

Do you sell your products on other platforms?

No, our sales are exclusively limited to our website.

Do you deliver the products yourself?

Currently, we work together with postal services to make our deliveries.

Could there be a delay in my delivery?

As we collaborate with postal services, some factors such as delivery routes may occasionally cause unforeseen delays.

How do I cancel a purchase?

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please inform us within the first 30 minutes after payment. Products go to review and quality control 30 minutes after being processed. If you need to cancel after this time, the product will be sent. Upon receiving it, you can return it for a full refund.
